Crabby Tuesday

No, I’m not crabby today! Today has actually been a pretty good day! But I do have a super duper yummy recipe from Taste of Home that will make your mouth water. As with all my recipes, it is really easy to make. I must admit that it may not be a kid-friendly dish. Anything fishy does not appeal to Wacky Zacky, but Zany Janie might nibble a little on this little entree. Bon Appetite!

Ingredients:
4 cups cooked egg noodles
1 package (16 ounces) imitation crabmeat, chopped
1 jar (16 ounces) Alfredo sauce
Seafood seasoning or minced chives

Directions:
In a large saucepan, combine the noodles, crab and Alfredo sauce. Cook and stir until heated through. Sprinkle with seafood seasoning or chives. Yield: 4 servings.

Zany thought of the day: Ever wondered how crabs get from the ocean to your dinner plate? Check out the amazing show Deadliest Catch from the Discovery Channel. My favorite captain on the show is Johnathan Hillstrand.

Johnathan over Sig?? I'm not sure about that! As for the Crabby Alfredo... I was not aware that imitation crabmeat came from the Bering Sea!! :)
