I have a closet stuffed full of fabric that tips over and tries to run out screaming every time I open the closet doors! There are so many things on my "To Do List" that I don't even know where to start...I thought the fun little countdown to Christmas Santa Widget on my sidebar would put a smile on my face every time I saw it, but instead it causes my heart to skip a beat as I realize the seconds/hours/days are ticking by at warp speed!
I have lots of spicy Christmas fabric and lots of fun ideas ruminating in my head. I do plan to make some fun and funky stockings for my shop. I also have several Christmas gifts that somehow need to get made...I'm still holding out hope that Santa will lend me a couple of his elves for a night or two.
My friends seem to be procreating like rabbits! I have several upcoming baby showers and I need to make something special for each one of them. At this point all my friends expect something made by Mama Z, so even if I am running out of time and am tempted to buy something from the store I know I can't!
I am planning to do my first craft fair on December 13 and need to work on items for it. I'm thinking of making several new Zarkles for adoption as well as several other things...
But for now I think I'll do what I find myself doing every time I get near the computer: sit back, check my email, read a few blogs, and get sucked into the vortex of the Internet!
Zany thought of the day: Wouldn't it be great if we could live life without a clock ticking off every second, reminding us another second has passed? The problem with that would be the procrastinators would never get anything done! :)

That is A LOT of fabric... (jaw hits the floor)
he he! We should compare piles - don't know what the prize would be - or if the winenr is she with the tallest or smallest - but it would be funny to see!
Good luck with getting those elves.
And tell your friends to sleep in separate rooms until you are caught up ;P
Good luck on getting the elves! Can I have some to clean my house for me? LOL
I wish the clock wasn't ticking either...
I thought you were going to take the Santa counter off your blog! I get sucked into the computer all the time now...just can't take my eyes away from the screen...everytime something wierd happens to my computer, and I think I have a virus, my heart stops!
Have fun with all the fabric! I love your Zarkles - maybe bec. there's no kids around...
I have a ton of fabric too. In years past Christmas always seemed to come to fast to get all my crafting ideas done. I have found that the best time to do Christmas crafting is January. Then you can tuck it away finished and relax.
It's a pack rat hoarding quality of all us craftinistas. We think we can make everything and anything. I never buy at fairs because I think "I can make that!" but who has that much time on their hands...........nobody I know except retirees and lazy teenagers and I think I'll stay the age I AM ....thankyou
Wow. That certainly is a lot of fabric. If I had a friend that could sew as well as you do I woul expect handmade gifts too!
I know what you mean about the computer. I had a new jewelry idea - so why am I sitting here reading blog?
I am a fabric hoarder too... at least you sew! I mainly just collect;)
LOVE your Zorkies!
