Silly Jilly on 1/5/10:
The unthinkable has happened! My teeny tiny Silly Jilly has somehow morphed from an infant into a baby in the blink of an eye! I have no idea how it happened so fast! It seems like just yesterday I was holding Silly Jilly and could count on one hand how many days old she was, then time flew into overdrive and she turned 11 weeks today. I know, I know, some of you may be rolling your eyes and possibly even throwing up a little in your mouth, but Silly Jilly is our last baby and I was just hoping the infant stage would last just a little longer...As I gaze at Silly Jilly I realize how her once scrawny body is now becoming plump and soon there will be little chubby rolls on her legs. Her once fleeting hand movements are just starting to have a purpose. And her cries are starting to sound more babyish and less like the cute soft cries of an infant. Don't get me wrong, I love this stage too, it's just I've come to the realization that I have just completed raising an infant for the last time in my life and it's a little heartbreaking! I can say I do feel blessed that unlike so many other people I was lucky enough to experience this not once, but three times and I am truly grateful for the experiences!

And before you know it she'll be crawling everywhere and getting into trouble, learning tricks from the pros~ Wacky Zacky & Zany Janie! :D
