Today we went to the fire department with our SAHM group. Wacky Zacky was excited about seeing the firetrucks and on the way to the fire department he started pointing out anything on the road that was larger than a car and yelled "Mom, Firetruck!!!" Wacky Zacky and Zany Janie looked so tiny next to the huge trucks. We got a tour of the whole department then the kids played on the firetrucks. Overall it was a really fun experience!

Zany thought of the day: When was the last time you thought about how much you appreciate the service men and women in this country? I am so thankful for them and the courage they have to do their jobs.

What cute kids! I definitely appreciate our firefighters. They came and rescued my daughter from a locked bathroom last year!
