Zany Janie is just starting to grow out of her 12 month clothes. She had a couple of fancy hand-me-down dresses from weddings that she's never worn. Poor little Princess-dazzling dresses begging to be worn with no place to go! It almost sounds like a Disney movie in the making! I thought it would be a fun idea to dress her up and take a few cute pictures for the scrapbook.
After wrestling her highness into the dress and adorning her with pigtails (which she hates) I began to feel more and more like the wicked step-mother. Once the little Princess was "dressed to the nines" I realized the wrestling match that had just taken place was well worth it. She looked beautiful!

The second Princess Zany Janie took off her ball gown, Wannabe Princess Wacky Zacky was there to scoop it up and try to force himself into it. Unfortunately, this just made him frustrated because there's no way a 3T body can fit into a 12 month dress!
I feel your pain Wacky Zacky! Mama Z has a few pairs of jeans in her closet that she wishes she could get into!
Zany thought of the day: If you were a Disney Princess, which Princess would you be and why? I think I would be Belle from Beauty and the Beast because I have a thing for big hairy beasts.

OMG!!! Too funny! That looks like something my son would have done. Wait...he was the only boy with two OLDER sisters to adorn him with pig tails, make up, and cute dresses they had outgrown. And the poor child cried when I snapped a picture as they held him for the photo op and he was screaming "I'm going to die!" Memories....
you are TOO funny! And make some hard copies of those photographs! Your kids will love you for it!
