Tooth Fairy, it's all yours...

Wacky Zacky has had his first loose tooth for a couple of months now. Day after day we anxiously waited for it to fall out, but the stubborn little tooth just stayed put.  After several jokes made by friends and family about tying a string to his tooth, Wacky Zacky was becoming reluctant to even open his mouth to let anyone check on the progress of his tooth.  Finally after weeks of waiting it decided to come out at a very inopportune time.

Wacky Zacky was eating a banana when Papa Z looked over and noticed a giant gap in his teeth.  Upon closer inspection it was found Wacky Zacky's tooth had fallen out.

Papa Z asked if his tooth was loose somewhere in his mouth and Wacky Zacky innocently shook his head no. Somehow his tooth had broken free and Wacky Zacky swallowed it with a mouthful of banana.  Wacky Zacky is no stranger to swallowing non-food items (See "The fifty dollar quarter")  However, I think we will pass on attempting to retrieve this one!

So now the little man is faced with a real dilemma.  How will the Tooth Fairy know he had lost a tooth if it's not tucked inside his super cool Tooth Fairy Pillow? (Made by Fang Dangles)

Since none of us are willing to go on a treasure hunt to retrieve the lost tooth, we decided we would try leaving a note for the Tooth Fairy explaining what had happened.

If that's not good enough and the Tooth Fairy needs the actual tooth, then I guess we can lead her in the right direction of the missing tooth and leave a pair of latex gloves!
